[Bemour Flow, three-quarter view]

Pre-launch · PulseClean™

A gentler way to feel clean.

Bemour Flow is a portable pulse bidet. It sends pulsed water instead of one constant stream, so low pressure still does the work — in your own bathroom or in a bag.

Three reasons people go looking for this.

[postpartum, device at sink]

Recovery

The first weeks after birth

Wiping is off the table and a squeeze bottle runs out halfway through. Soft mode holds a low, steady pulse for as long as you need it, one-handed.

[packed in a weekend bag]

Habit

Washing with water, away from home

If you were raised washing, a dry bathroom in a hotel or an office is a daily problem nobody around you notices. This folds into a bag and solves it quietly.

Same photo, same three specs, no warranty and no way to tell them apart. We published the spec sheet, flagged what is still a target, and put our name on the warranty.

Why pulsed water

Control, not force.

A constant stream gives you one setting: more pressure, or less water. Pulsing breaks the flow into short bursts, so a soft setting still feels like it is doing something.

Soft mode: long, low-pressure pulses through the wide nozzle. Built for the first weeks after birth, stitches and flare-ups.

[Soft mode in use]

Three steps, no plumbing.

[top-filling under a tap]
1

Fill and charge

Top-fill the reservoir from any tap, warm if you like. USB-C charging, specified at around 30 days of typical use per charge.

[thumb on the mode control]
2

Pick your mode

Soft for recovery and sensitive days, Standard for everyday. One control, two settings, nothing to learn.

[folding the nozzle down]
3

Rinse, fold, pack

Rinse it under the tap, fold the nozzle down and it goes back in the pouch. No bracket, no hose, no plumber.

Everything you'd want to ask.

What makes a pulse bidet different from a normal portable one?

A normal portable bidet squeezes or pumps a continuous stream, so the only variable is pressure. Bemour Flow breaks the flow into pulses. A soft pulse still registers as effective, which means you can wash at a pressure that would feel like nothing on a constant-stream device.

Which mode should I use after giving birth?

Soft, with the wide nozzle, and warm water from the tap. Start further away than feels necessary and move in. If you have stitches, a tear or a c-section wound, check with your midwife or doctor before you start using anything new. We are not a medical device and we will not pretend otherwise.

How long does a charge last?

We have specified around 30 days of typical use per USB-C charge with the factory. That figure is still a target until we measure production units, which is why it is flagged on the spec sheet.

Is it discreet in a bag?

It folds down and goes into a plain pouch with no product name on it. Nothing about the outside says what it is.

When does it ship?

Bemour has not launched. Orders placed now are pre-orders and we will email you a real date, not a rolling estimate, as soon as the production run is confirmed. If the date slips you hear it from us first.

What does the parcel look like?

A plain box with a shipping label. No brand marks, no product images, no description of the contents beyond what customs requires. Shipping is free.

Do you ship internationally?

At launch we ship to the US, Canada, the UK and the EU. Duties are included where we collect them, and the checkout will say so before you pay.

How does the 60-night guarantee work?

Use it for up to 60 nights. If it has not improved on your routine, email us and we refund what you paid in full. You do not pay return shipping and there is no restocking fee.

Do I have to send it back?

No. For hygiene reasons we do not want a used personal-care device back, so keep it or dispose of it. The refund is not conditional on a return.

What does the 2-year warranty cover?

The pump and the battery — the two parts that fail on devices like this. If either stops working within two years of delivery we replace the unit. Physical damage and lost pouches are not covered.

The 60-night guarantee

Two months to decide it wasn't for you.

Use it properly. If it isn't better than what you do now, email us within 60 nights and we refund the full amount. You keep the pouch, you don't post anything back, and nobody asks you to justify it.
