Track Your Order

Once your order ships, we will send tracking information to the email address used at checkout when tracking is available.

Tracking not showing movement yet?

Carrier systems may take 1–3 business days after the shipping notification to begin displaying movement. This does not necessarily mean your package has not shipped.

Where can I find my tracking number?

Check your shipping confirmation email. If you cannot locate it, check your spam or promotions folder and confirm that you are checking the email address used when placing the order.

Tracking says Delivered but the package is missing?

Please check with household members, neighbors, building staff, your mailbox or secure delivery area, and the carrier first. If the shipment still cannot be located, contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 5 calendar days of the delivery scan.
