Payment Policy
Last updated: September 3, 2026
This Payment Policy explains how payments for purchases made through bemour.com are handled.
Accepted Payment Methods
Available payment methods are displayed at checkout. We only accept payment methods that are currently enabled on our store.
Payment options can change as payment services are added, removed, restricted, or made available for a particular customer, device, location, currency, or order. The checkout page is the current source of truth for available payment methods.
Currency
Our store currency is United States Dollars (USD). If your bank or payment provider uses another currency, it may perform currency conversion and may charge its own conversion or foreign transaction fees. Those fees are controlled by your provider, not by BEMOUR.
Authorization and Payment Review
Submitting an order authorizes the applicable payment provider to process or authorize the transaction. An order may be placed on hold, declined, or cancelled if payment cannot be authorized, if required information cannot be verified, or if the transaction is flagged for fraud or security review.
Payment Processing and Security
Our storefront is powered by Shopify. Payment information is processed through Shopify and/or the payment providers enabled at checkout. BEMOUR does not require customers to send full payment card details by email or other unsecured support channels.
Taxes, Shipping, and Order Total
Applicable product charges, shipping fees, taxes, discounts, duties, or other charges are shown or calculated during checkout when supported. Review the final order total before submitting payment.
Refunds
Approved refunds are handled according to our Return & Refund Policy and are generally issued back to the original payment method. After a refund is issued, the payment provider may require additional time to post the credit.
Payment Questions
If you believe you were charged incorrectly or need help with a payment-related order issue, contact support@bemour.com and include your order number. Do not send full card numbers, security codes, passwords, or other sensitive payment credentials by email.
